Crawford has received praise for her emotional intelligence and compassion on the hit television show Catfish.
Crawford is the oldest of five daughters born to Victor and Carla Crawford: Victoria, Karynton, and twins Kenadi and Kendal. She is of mixed ancestry, with Jamaican, German, English, Cuban, Indian, and African-American ancestors. She is also trilingual, speaking Spanish, Patois, and French.
Crawford graduated in 2010 from Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland, where she captained the varsity cheerleading team.
