As per the recent updates, Kanye West, an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and fashion designer is involved in a lawsuit about eight former employees of his YZYVSN project. Employees alleged that Kanye West provides a toxic work atmosphere and unpaid wages.
The lawsuit sparked controversies surrounding the famous American rapper and drew significant attention from both media and fans as it was filed in California’s Central District Court on June 29 about Kanye’s Yeezy brand. The whole former staff head Milo Yiannopoulos is against him.
All the employees complained that they were provided a toxic work atmosphere during the period of their tenure. Such a toxic environment includes a lack of professional respect and unreasonable demands. These allegations put down the image of Kanye’s leadership among the masses.

The plaintiffs highlight the issue of enduring verbal abuse as they all were labeled as “slaves” and “new slaves” on the company’s Discord channel. Moreover, they were not compensated for their working extra hours on building and developing the app after the completion of work as told before.
The harsh behavior of higher post authorities in the organization includes race, gender, age, and sexual orientation within the workplace. Most shockingly, the defendant addressed the issue of workers being exposed to some adult film projects inappropriately and these projects were linked to the West’s wife Bianca Censori, 29.
Kanye’s wife denied all the allegations and said, “offensive, disgusting, abhorrent, and categorically false.”
Besides the claims of a toxic work environment, Kanye West failed to pay the wages to the workers for their given period of tenure and left them unpaid. Furthermore, workers had worked long hours as they were told that if they worked more on the given projects then they would be given compensation.
After the completion of their job for the particular project, the promises of the payments were not fulfilled which later on led to financial strain and emotional distress. Yiannopoulos declared these allegations are made on false and riddled truths and she also indicated the lawsuit was a joke but this is all about the disrespect of the workers and they were still left unpaid.

This legal turmoil adds to West’s recent string of controversies, including a second lawsuit from a former assistant alleging sexual harassment and previous accusations of misconduct at his Donda Academy. Despite these challenges, West’s legal team has not yet formally responded to the latest allegations.
Such types of allegations were put on Kanye West before and not only once but also numerous times. He was also banned by Clubhouse as officially announced in a statement obtained by The Wrap due to his anti-semitic statements at the Clubhouse.
They said, “We took action to end the conversation yesterday since it broke our standards.” “We suspended those who broke the rules as well.” Furthermore, as per the recent lawsuit, employees requested their wages but Kanye and Yiannopoulos ignored their appeal so the workers took legal action against him.
