Regina and Sophie’s (Lizzy Greene) quest for Alex Joseph, the man who sang with Sophie outside their food truck, reunited Regina with Dustin as she distributed sandwiches to a group of homeless individuals. Dustin snatches a bag of food from Regina’s tray in the last scene of the show.
After he attempts to hide his face and walk away, she screams his name. He faces her as the closing titles roll, suggesting he will return next week.

Who is Dustin on ‘A Million Little Things’?
Dustin previously featured in three episodes of A Million Little Things prior to his debut in Season 5. According to IMDb, we first met him in “The Perfect Storm” in 2019, and he returned to “Justice: Part 1” and “Justice: Part 2” in 2021.
Dustin, a DWP employee, enters Regina’s old restaurant “Someday” to dry off in Season 2, Episode 4: “The Perfect Storm,” when the eatery loses power due to a storm and Dustin walks inside to dry off.
Regina treats him as a member of the family and asks whether he’s hungry. He offers her his helmet’s headlamp so she can make his meals in the dark, and she instructs him to invite his crew for a family-style meal.
In the two-part episode “Justice” from Season 3, Dustin returns to Someday’s door just as Regina is suffering with the diner.
She recalls him immediately and inquires about Daniella, his seven-year-old daughter. He explains to Regina that when he was working on a transformer down the street, he could not stop thinking about her poutine.
When she begins to arrange a take-out order for his wife Deborah, he informs her that Deborah passed away from COVID a few weeks ago and he was not permitted to visit her in the hospital. “You are correct. This is the worst year ever,” he stated.

Who Performs the Role of Dustin on A Million Little Things?
As mentioned, Dustin in A Million Little Things is portrayed by actor Donald Sales, who began his film career in 2009.
Since then, he has starred in numerous television shows and films, including The Good Doctor, The Man in the High Castle, Big Sky, Maid, and Turner & Hooch, among others.
Most likely, Sales is most recognized for his appearances on The Adam Project, Arrow, Coffee & Kareem, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
