Betty Broderick, who is 72 years old and still incarcerated at the California Institution for Women in Chino, California, is currently 72 years old.

She has been denied parole three times, in 2010, 2011, and 2017. Because Betty did not demonstrate sufficient guilt or remorse for her crimes each time she was interviewed for release.
