Lister’s official autopsy report states that he passed away from “hypertensive and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.” The actor “had fluid in his chest when he died,” TMZ reports the autopsy found. His heart was enlarged, and he also had high blood pressure, poor circulation, and coronary artery disease.
