On Thursday, Steinfeld and Allen were photographed for the first time in New York City, amid allegations that the NFL player had broken up with his longstanding girlfriend Brittany Williams. The New York Post published photographs of Allen wearing a white t-shirt and dark blue trousers during his night out with Steinfeld.
Steinfeld, the most recent digital cover hero for PEOPLE, met the quarterback wearing light blue denim and a cream-colored blazer. Allen was observed exiting a black SUV with Steinfeld nearby, and later placing his arm on the back of the Hawkeye actress.
