How to hide personal chats on WhatsApp
WhatsApp allows you to hide a conversation without deleting it. This is applicable to both group and private chat. Archive Chats is the name of this feature. You can erase chats from the chat screen and access them later if needed with WhatsApp Archive chats.
To use it, tap and hold the chat you want to conceal on the Chats screen. Then, from the top bar, select the Archive symbol. Your conversation has been archived and will no longer be visible on the chat screen.
Go to the bottom of the chat screen to unarchive it. Select Archived Chats from the drop-down menu. Unarchive any archived chat by selecting it and clicking the Unarchive icon.
