He had lived 52 years. People say that the actor had a hard time for a long time after his 24-year-old son Julian killed himself while staying at a Long Beach, California, mental health hospital. Victoria Rowell, who used to work with the actor, also said that he had died and talked about how Kristoff used to live for the day.
Later, the actor was given a proper send-off on the show. His death was shown over the course of four episodes as Neil’s friends and family got together to remember him.

What Happened to Kristoff St. John?
After the actor’s sad death, it was found out that he had gone to the hospital on his own because he was depressed and was just released a few days before he died. Mia later wrote a book that went into more detail about the actor’s death. In that book, she said that the facility where he was put was bad for him.

Mia went on to say that Kristoff was let out of the facility while he was still trying to kill himself. Then, her mission went through the roof, and all she wanted was for people to know what was going on with their loved ones.
Mia said that Kristoff’s death was very hard for her, and many people knew that he was still one of her best friends up until the day he died. Kristoff St. John’s former co-star remembered him as a man who loved his family very much. He was also charming, kind, and eloquent, and he was a great artist, he said.
