‘Happy’s Place’ Brings Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman Back Together: ‘It’s Like Riding a Bike’
Reba McEntire is still touching the heights!
Everyone on social media is amazed and awaiting for Reba to grace the television screens. The return of her swirled the atmosphere of curiosity across digital forms. She will appear in a new comedy, Happy’s Place.
Over 17 years after her sitcom Reba went off the air, she will once again sing her own theme song. she said, “It’s written, and we’re recording it at the end of this month. We’ll see if you like it,”

However, she performed the most popular theme song from her album, “I’m a Survivor,” surprisingly, it has opened all six seasons of the sitcom with its memorable lyrics about a working single mom as she has such a melodious voice that resonates with the audience and attractive them to her.
She has garnered a strong fan base because of her singing talent. Since the release of the song track, the song has still gone viral and sounds on TikTok and Instagram.
In May, NBC granted a series order to Happy’s Place, reuniting McEntire with the executive producers of Reba. The show is expected to premiere later this year.

McEntire will take on the role of Bobbie, a woman who inherits her deceased father’s restaurant and later discovers she must partner with her unsuspecting half-sister. McEntire stars alongside Melissa Peterman, her former Reba co-star who plays the restaurant’s bartender, and Belissa Escobedo, who portrays her half-sister Isabella.
Recently, McEntire said, “Ever since we stopped doing Reba, we’ve been looking for another project to do. I love the sitcom genre. Out of all the things I do, this is my favorite.”
During an interview, in May, she teased the new comedy as she highlighted the filming of the pilot.

She said, “The cast is wonderful. We’re so excited. We shot the pilot and everybody said, ‘You know, this is like a second season first episode instead of the pilot and that’s the way I felt. Everybody gelled, everybody got along, and the writing was wonderful, so I’m really happy. I’m so happy.”
In a Television Critics Association panel event on Sunday, July 14, Peterman talked about reuniting with McEntire 17 years after Reba.
“It’s just easy, it’s like riding a bike. We’ve never really left each other. I mean, the show ended, and we’ve been friends ever since,” said the actress.
