Disney Lorcana: Ursula’s Return: When It Comes Out, How Much It Costs, And New Cards
Ursula’s Return, Disney Lorcana’s fourth set, is almost here. It has 204 new cards and a new game that you can play with Lorcana alone or with other people.
The fourth set of Disney Lorcana, the tabletop card game, has been revealed and will be out soon. It has new cards and a whole new way to play the game by yourself or with other people.
This new part of the game, Ursula’s Return, adds even more Disney figures to the mix, along with cards from Encanto and other companies.
As with the third set, Into the Inklands, which added the new Locations game mechanics, Ursula’s Return will also have “evolved game mechanics,” though no details have been given.
The TCG revealed the Ursula’s Return set during its first livestream event for its Disney Lorcana Forecast event. It continues the main story of the game after the glimmer of Ursula was released in Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn. Along with that, news of the new Disney Lorcana Challenge was shared.
This will be a competitive event series for the TCG starting in late May, with great prizes. In Ursula’s Return, the main set, new brands will join the current game of Lorcana along with well-known characters.
Disney Lorcana: Ursula’s Return Will Release On May 31
Everywhere the game is sold, Disney Lorcana: Ursula’s Return will come out on May 31, 2024. However, it will come out early in local game stores, as is normal.
On May 17, 2024, area hobby and game shops, as well as Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and other official Disney places, will start selling the game early. The set will have 204 new cards for the game, as well as playmats, deck boxes, an Illumineer’s Trove, and other unique items.
Everything Is Being Set Up For Ursula’s Return
The products in this fourth set, Disney Lorcana: Ursula’s Return, will follow the same general pattern as the previous three sets. The only difference is that the Gift Set will be replaced with a new type of game called Illumineer’s Quest: Deep Trouble. Here are all the prices for new things in Ursula’s Return:

There Is A New Game Called Disney Lorcana: Illumineer’s Quest That Takes The Place Of The Gift Set
With the release of Disney Lorcana – Illumineer’s Quest: Deep Trouble, the fourth set, the series continues to grow, change, and expand. The game can now be played in a whole new way, either by yourself or with other people.
This game is meant for one to two players, but it can be expanded to four. Players can use pre-made decks or their own decks to follow Ursula to her hideout on the edge of Lorcana. Anyone who goes there will have to play against Ursula, who has her own rules.
The Illumineer’s Quest will have four levels of challenge, and the rules can be changed to fit each level. Even though it comes with decks that already have Mulan and Yen Sid in them, along with cards from all four Lorcana sets, players are encouraged to make their own, especially when playing at harder levels. This game is perfect for gamers who like to play alone or with others and still want to enjoy the game when they’re not competing.

It has been a long time since the Disney Lorcana book had cards from the Madrigal family from Encanto. These cards are a nice addition. The new set will come out on May 31, 2024, but you can get it early at select hobby shops and official Disney theme parks and locations starting May 17, 2024.
The new Illumineer’s Quest: Deep Trouble set is meant to be used by itself. You don’t need any other cards to play its quest, but you are welcome to make new decks to use in the game. With this new Ursula’s Return set, though, that item might be a good way for people who are new to Disney Lorcana to start.
