Modern technology gives us many things.

Avatar: The Way of Water Has a Post-Credits Scene, Does It Not?

At the conclusion of Avatar: The Way of Water in 2022, we finally get to go back to Pandora.

Avatar: The Last Airbender takes place more than a decade after the events of Avatar, which took place in 2009, and chronicles the narrative of Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), his partner Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), and their children, who continue to face challenges to their survival.

Stephen Lang, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, Dilip Rao, Sigourney Weaver, and Matt Gerald are some of the other actors who will be reprising their roles. Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Brendan Cowell, and Michelle Yeoh are some of the actors that have recently joined the cast.

Is there anything left to see in the movie “Avatar: The Way of Water” after the credits have rolled?

There is no post-credits scene in Avatar: The Way of Water, in contrast to the vast majority of blockbusters released in the past 10 years. After the three hours have passed and the closing credits have been shown, it is safe for you to go.

The movie, however, ends with key story strands unresolved, which will probably be dealt with in the third instalment of the Avatar franchise, which is set to be released on December 20, 2024.

Following the conclusion of the third instalment, there are two further sequels scheduled for 2026 and 2028, none of which will likely be directed by James Cameron.

NME gave the film Avatar: The Way of Water a score of four out of five stars and wrote the following about it in their review: “Bigger, bolder, and definitely better than the original, Avatar: The Way of Water pushes the technical boundaries of filmmaking without feeling like a scientific experiment.”

“It truly needs to be viewed on the biggest screen possible while wearing a pair of bulky 3D glasses,” the author of the book said. On the other hand, in contrast to its forerunner, this is an experience that won’t easily slip your mind.
