Holly Madison was born Holly Cullen on December 23, 1979, in the U.S. city of Astoria. At age 2, her whole family moved to a small town on Prince of Wales Island called Craig, Alaska.
She moved back to Oregon with her family when she was in middle school. She went to high school in the town of St. Helens. Holly went to Portland State University for two years to study psychology and theatre after she graduated from high school.
