The infamous scene of Boruto and older Kawaki postering on the ruins of Konohagakure is becoming closer with each new episode of the Boruto: Naruto Next Generations anime. The focus of the Boruto series shifted to two boys, and to be honest, it got even better.
Many intriguing plot themes and unexpected character developments from our key protagonists were introduced by Kawaki.

How was Kawaki Discovered by Naruto in the Boruto Series?
To put it mildly, Kawaki’s origin tale is tragic. Kawaki was doomed from the beginning, having been born into a chaotic family with no mother and a drunken, self-centered father. Because he was able to walk and desired love, the young child made an effort to please his alcoholic father.
Naturally, Kawaki was deeply let down and deceived just when he believed that there was someone in the world who would give him a chance.
By posing as a goldfish salesman, the man deceived young Kawaki into believing he was Jigen, a man seeking applicants to transfer his Kāma to serve as their vessel. Since he was a little child, Kawaki has been subjected to experiments, which has left him with severe scars and trauma.
Naruto recognized Kawaki had a lot of baggage when he first saw him and took him to the Advanced Technology Research Institute in Ryūtan City. After attacking everyone and fleeing the institution, Kawaki was finally apprehended by Naruto.
Naruto and Sumire both understand that Kawaki is emotionally damaged and that they will eventually need to assist the youngster.

It is clear that Naruto adores his family, yet being away from home as the Hokage carries a burden that no one feels more than Boruto. The primary source of contention between Naruto and his son throughout the series is Boruto’s belief that his father values his work more than his own family.
Boruto was perplexed, upset, and depressed when Kawaki entered the picture because he thought it was weird that his father would take a stranger in and welcome him to live with them.
Following his escape from the Konoha hospital, Kawaki attempted to flee by himself, away from everyone and everything. But Naruto, who was far more experienced than Kawaki, defeated him and brought him to his house.
In “Coexistence,” episode 193, we see Kawaki struggling to adjust to a new environment, a place to dwell that could become his home. Naturally, being turned into a destructive tool and utilized by Kara stopped Kawaki “from having happy thoughts.”
Nevertheless, Naruto invited Kawaki to his family’s house in an attempt to change that. The idea was instantly accepted by Himawari and Hinata, but Boruto was horrified and incensed that Naruto was bringing someone hazardous to their house.

He believed that boy to be an adversary because he was aware of what Kawaki had done in Ryūtan City. Boruto is furious that he offended Himawari after the Kawaki outburst and the entire “vase situation,” so he rushes to speak with his father.
Boruto questions Naruto about his decision to offer a chance to a strong, dangerous youth who lacks empathy. Naruto informs Boruto that he experienced a lot of fear and hatred from others throughout his early years.
