Actress Jennifer Aniston may be happily in love with Jim Curtis, but sources close to the couple say the Friends star was initially “cautious” before making things official.
According to a People exclusive, Aniston and the hypnotherapist-turned-life coach spent months chatting and getting to know each other before their friendship evolved into romance.
“Jen really valued their friendship in the beginning of the year,” an insider told People. “When it all took a turn to something more romantic, she was cautious at first. Now, she’s excited that she just went for it.”
From Friendship to Romance
Aniston, 56, and Curtis, 50, have been romantically linked since July 2025, after they were spotted vacationing together on a yacht in Mallorca. The pair went public with their relationship later in the year, sharing a photo together on Instagram to celebrate Curtis’ 50th birthday.
Their connection, according to the source, “feels like kismet.” The insider added that Curtis “has brought so many good things into her life,” describing the couple as “deeply happy” and “genuinely in sync.”
