You Season 4: The Release Date Has Finally Been Announced by Netflix!

On October 13, 2021, Netflix bought the fourth season of the American psychological thriller TV show You. Sera Gamble, who helped make the You series, is back as the showrunner. Penn Badgley is back as Joe Goldberg, and Tati Gabrielle is back as Marienne Bellamy.

Also joining the main cast are Lukas Gage, Charlotte Ritchie, Tilly Keeper, Amy-Leigh Hickman, and Ed Speleers. The movie was shot from March to August of 2022. The season will be split into two parts.

When Will Season 4 of You Come Out?

From what was said at Netflix‘s annual TUDUM event on September 24, the fourth season of You will come out in two parts. Part 1 of Season 4, and Part 4 will be available to stream on February 10, 2023, and Part 2 will be available to stream on March 10, 2023.

The official teaser shows that Joe moved to London and changed his name once more. This time, he is a professor of literature at a college. His name is Jonathan Moore.

What is the Plot of You Season 4?

After Joe changes his name and moves to London to teach at a university, season 4 of You will be a murder mystery.

“I’m no longer the friendly manager of a bookstore in New York, the salesperson in Los Angeles, or the loving husband in the suburbs. “No longer,” Joe says in a teaser clip that was shown for the first time on September 24 at Netflix’s TUDUM event. “Let me reintroduce myself. Since I crossed the pond, I’ve changed a little bit. And living in London has given me the chance to put the past behind me if you will.”

At the end of season 3, a lot of people die because of what Joe and Love did. Joe pretends to be dead and runs away to Paris to start over after killing his wife and giving his child to a new family. It’s not clear if he’s still obsessed with Marienne, his last victim, but chances are he’ll be looking for a new “you.”

In the second season, Joe Goldberg moves from New York to Los Angeles to get away from his past and start over with a new name to avoid his ex-girlfriend Candace, who wants revenge on him for burying her alive in the first season. In the third season, Joe and Love are married and living in the California suburb of Madre Linda with their new baby son, Henry. As their relationship changes, Joe keeps going through the same cycle of being obsessed with Natalie, his next-door neighbour, and Marienne, a librarian in the area. This time, Love will change the story so that Joe’s compulsions don’t make it so easy for her dream of having the perfect family to fall apart.

On Sept. 24, Netflix released the first trailer for Season 4. Joe has worn many hats in the past, not just the baseball cap he is known for. Joe’s career started out as a librarian, but now he has a Ph.D. Joe’s new name in London is Professor Jonathan Moore, which is also his new alias.
