It’s one of those shows that always feels like hanging out with an old friend, and Workin’ Moms is one of those shows. Kate (Catherine Reitman) and Anne (Dani Kind) are always there for each other to make bad jokes and encourage each other to never accept anyone’s BS, no matter how difficult life may feel. That’s one of the many reasons why it’s such a bummer when a new season of this amazing Canadian show comes to an end.
Are you curious about the release date for the next episode of Workin’ Moms? You have nothing to worry about. The following is everything that we know about the trajectory of this emotionally charged comedy.
Is There Going to Be a Season 7 of Workin’ Moms?
Officially? The seventh season of Workin’ Moms has not yet been ordered by the network. Unofficially? It appears as though we are moving into a new season. The Directors Guild of Canada maintains a page on its website that is exclusively devoted to the directors and managers who worked on Season 7.
In addition to it, there is an encouraging tweet. The conclusion of Season 6 of Workin’ Moms was broadcast in Canada in April of this year, and the official Workin’ Moms account used that opportunity to promote the episode. The account quickly followed up with a second post to clarify that the episode in question was the finale of the current season rather than the conclusion of the entire series. There are certainly a few contracts and particulars that still need to be worked out, but everything that has been discussed so far points to Workin’ Moms Season 7 being produced.

11 of the Best New Shows to Stream on Netflix in May 2022, Including the Top Upcoming Series
In a strictly technical sense, we do not yet have an official renewal announcement for Season 7 nor a release date. However, we do have something that is nearly as good, and that is the history of this show.
In January of 2017, CBC Television broadcast the first episode of the new comedy series Workin’ Moms. A little over six months later, in December of 2017, the comedy broadcast its second season. Since that time, the series has adhered to a pattern that may be considered reasonably predictable.
Release cycle that repeats every year. Typically, new seasons begin during the first few months of the year and continue through the middle of the year, ending in either March or April. Based on that timeframe, we may reasonably anticipate that the debut of Season 7 will take place in the year 2023 if it does indeed happen. After all, we are discussing women who have established careers. They can meet all of their commitments on time.
When Will the Seventh Season of Workin’ Moms Be Available on Netflix?
They have first dibs on the new stuff because Workin’ Moms is a Canadian show and they air it first. When exactly may viewers outside of Canada anticipate new episodes of Workin’ Moms? On April 12, 2022, the concluding episode of Season 6 was shown on CBC.
A little over a month later, on May 10, Netflix made the entire season available to stream. Because of this precedent, we may reasonably anticipate that Season 7 will wrap up in Canada somewhere in March or April of 2023 and that it will then air in the United States in April or May of that same year.

Review of the Sixth Season of Workin’ Moms
The sixth season of Workin’ Moms was met with generally favourable reviews from television reviewers. It would appear that the viewers of Workin’ Moms will have a favourable reaction to the seventh season of the show if it is ever announced.
What Will the Seventh Season of Workin’ Moms Be About and Its Plot?
The introduction of Nathan Jr. to the Foster family in season 6 results in some initial tension in the household. In the meantime, Anne has anger management problems, but she refuses to get therapy for them, which causes difficulties between the two of them. When it comes to Sloane, the fact that she is expecting a child makes it difficult for her to maintain a healthy balance between her personal and professional lives.
Jenny breaks the news to Malcolm that she lost the pregnancy around the end of the season, and the two of them decide to postpone their wedding until Sloane gives birth to a son. In addition to this, Val assists a woman who is giving birth at the hospital, and Anne makes significant progress in her treatment.
After coming to terms with how much they’ve missed one another, Kate and Anne make up over the phone, only for Anne to abruptly hang up after seeing Heather. The conclusion to this cliffhanger will most likely be revealed in the seventh season, should it be produced. We may find out what goes down between Heather and Anne and how that impacts Alice.
It will also investigate Sloane’s experiences as a mother and how she manages her professional and personal life. It will be fascinating to observe how well Jenny’s new business endeavour works without Malcolm’s involvement. Other potential plot arcs include the growing relationship between Kate and Nathan Jr., as well as Val’s newly acquired confidence in her professional life.
Most likely. Although nothing has been announced as of yet, there are a number of encouraging signals that point to the possibility of a seventh season of Workin’ Moms. To begin, the Working Moms 7 film is featured on the website of the Directors Guild of Canada. Second, in April of 2021, the Workin’ Moms Twitter account sent out another post to emphasise that the event in question was the season finale and not the series end. This message was made after the account had previously promoted the season finale in Canada.
