One of the least satisfying episodes of Mayor of Kingstown was Santa Jesus (S02E08), as Mike (Jeremy Renner) got into additional difficulty shortly after achieving the significant win and freeing Bunny from prison.
A mystery woman named Allison (Callie Thorne) was introduced in the episode. She immediately bonded with Mike before disclosing her evil intentions. Fans are left wondering who Terry is and what happened to him after Mike discovers Allison lamenting the apparent death of her boyfriend, whom we haven’t seen in the show before.
According to Allison’s statement, Terry is a former guard or employee at the Men’s prison who perished in the first season’s prison uprising, yet the show hasn’t disclosed his identify as of the eighth episode of the second season.
Despite knowing Terry, Mike was unable to assist him throughout the riot. Like Davidson and the other jail guards, Terry might have been an Aryan Brotherhood sympathizer or member.
After negotiating Bunny’s release, Mike went on a bender in an attempt to clear his head and start again, as he informed Paris (Tina Ivlev) at Rudy’s pub, but he almost died.

When they first met at the pub, Allison informed Mike of Terry’s passing, but Mike was unaware of it for some reason. Allison told Mike that Terry was the only person who could have kept her safe after they made out.
The circumstances surrounding Terry’s death suggest that he was a correctional officer or another kind of staff member at the men’s prison, while it is still unknown who he was and what he did there.
The vast majority of the convicts in Kingstown prisons are Crips-affiliated, and the majority of the COs are AB sympathizers. With Milo’s assistance, P Dog, the former leader of the Crips, started a riot after the brotherhood-loyal COs humiliated him and revoked all of his rights.

Allison clearly despises Mike and has a dark agenda throughout their entire interaction, even though she acts as like she cares about him and has enjoyed his company. She probably set him up for death by telling someone on the phone that he was waking up and then attempting to convince him to postpone.
How Did Terry and Mike Relate to Each Other?
Since the seat next to Terry was empty when Mike arrived at the pub, he asked Allison where Terry was. Mike, Terry, and Allison were clearly friends and had been to the pub before.
Then Allison questioned Mike if he was still playing both sides, maintaining harmony between the Crips and the other gangs in town and the brotherhood. Allison disliked the inmates, especially the Crips, whom she held responsible for Terry’s passing.
Since Mike was unaware that Paris’ grandfather had been gone for two years, he had not visited that part of Kingstown in a long time and was therefore unaware of Terry’s passing.
Because he left his gun with Paris for protection on the way to meet Allison, he also didn’t anticipate any issues with Terry and Allison.
Mike merely went to see Allison and Terry in Santa Jesus because he had his “day off,” but his bond with Terry may have started while he was a brotherhood member while incarcerated.

Allison tried to persuade Mike to stay a little while longer by saying that he would benefit from a cup of coffee just before he left. Shortly after Mike woke up, Allison also attempted to give him more booze.
She was making every effort to persuade Mike to remain at home, most likely so that whoever she was speaking to on the phone would not notice.
Carney had previously informed Mike that the majority of the prison’s guards were either AB members or supporters. Davidson attempted to kill Mike within minutes after leaving Allison’s house, which would make sense if Terry was one of them.
Before Mike and Kyle stepped in, Davidson was in charge of the AB-affiliated guards who harassed Bunny at the prison. Kyle gave him a pistol whip and warned him not to threaten Mike ever again.
“I thought you were one of us,” Davidson said to Mike before he and Kyle left him alone. Duke, whom Mike killed for mistreating Iris, also used this words.
Therefore, Davidson was merely carrying out the brotherhood’s possible attack on Mike. Since law enforcement personnel are also part of the brotherhood, Mike is in more trouble than he initially believed.
Mike and his family are in serious danger because they are being pursued by the brotherhood and the other three gangs, whose leaders have not been freed from prison.
