Will Valheim be released on PS or Nintendo Switch?
As the initial console release of Valheim is on Xbox Game Pass, it will likely remain limited to that platform for some time. This is bad news for PS5, PS4, and Nintendo users. Valheim could be transferred to more systems in the future, however.
Although this would not be a problem for Valheim on the PlayStation, a Switch version would likely require significant tuning to work.
However, keep in mind that the Switch is over five years old, thus a hypothetical Valheim Switch port would be much more appealing on the Switch’s successor.
