Samsung is planning to launch a new smartphone in the country called the Galaxy F22 as part of its F Series. The new product is set to be launched in India on the 6th of July. The F-series smartphones will be the fourth generation of smartphones for Samsung. In the country, prior to the launch of the current Galaxy series, the company had previously launched the F62, F12, and F02 smartphones.

The page dedicated to the Galaxy F22 has been made on Flipkart for fans of the phone. This phone will be sold exclusively through the e-commerce platform after launch. The F22 is slated to be launched on Flipkart on July 6 at 12 noon. Additionally, the device’s main specifications have also been unveiled here, and the device’s overall design can be discerned from both the front and back.

There is talk that this smartphone will have a 6,000mAh battery. However, the existence of fast charging support has not been mentioned at all. It’s expected that the adapter will support at least 15W fast charging.

The same detail is also mentioned on the Flipkart page in reference to the F22, which is slated to have a 6.4-inch HD sAMOLED display. A 90Hz refresh rate is included with this display. A small water-drop notch will also be seen on the front top of the display.

According to a press release on the e-commerce platform, this phone will include a 48MP main camera along with a quad rear camera system, and the rear camera will be 48MP. No information has been released about the other three sensors at this time. The rest of the sensors are ultra-wide, depth, and macro, with 8MP as their highest resolution.

At the moment, additional specifications about the phone have not been made available. As of the time of writing, however, it was spotted on the Google Play Console. The information regarding the device’s specifications and software was found on the listing. The phone will ship with a MediaTek Helio G80 chip and will run Android 11-based OneUI 3.0.
