Five of his six kids followed in the footsteps of their father, wrestler Fritz Von Erich, and became wrestlers; nevertheless, the toll that fame and the sport took claimed the lives of four sons.

Zac Efron (The Greatest Showman) as Kevin Von Erich, Jeremy Allen White (The Bear) as Kerry Von Erich, Stanley Simons (a relative newcomer) as Mike Von Erich, Maura Tierney (The Affair) as Doris Von Erich, Holt McCallany (Mindhunter) as Fritz Von Erich, Lily James (Baby Driver) as Pam Adkisson, Aaron Dean Eisenberg (The Deuce) as Ric Flair, Kevin Anton (Dead Ringers) as Harley Race, and Cazzey Louis Cereghino (Grimm) as Bruiser Brody make up the ensemble cast of The Iron Claw.
