The story is influenced by the true events of Purvanchal UP, it appears on the screen. When that real incident happened, how can the fun of those watching spoil the attention of those things while watching the web series? 45 years ago, every film used to have the same story as a criminal. His father, who was a very ideal plaintiff. He used to fight against the goons of Bahubali regardless of his life. The goons of Bahubali murdered him. A son preparing for IAS to avenge his father becomes a crook.

Raktanchal has the same story. Wasim Khan (Nikitin Dheer) is a Bahubali. No leader can win elections in his constituency without his will. Despite that, no other government contract can be awarded to anyone else. The police cannot do anything to it. The food grains of Purvanchal, government contracts and every valuable land are occupied by Wasim Khan.

Vijay Varma (Kranti Prakash Jha) is preparing for IAS. For some mine laborers, his father confronts the goodies of Bahuli Wasim. Wasim’s goons kill him. Vijay goes into the world of crime to avenge this. He soon gives Wasim Khan an equal competition in the world of crime.

Vijay starts killing Wasim Khan’s people. He starts grabbing his contracts. It seems to weaken his political grip. Vijay becomes equal to Wasim. He plans to kill her again and again but does not kill her.
