The television industry has just received some extremely upsetting news, which is very unfortunate. Raju Srivastava, a comedian and actor, passed suddenly on September 21 after being hospitalised for almost a month following a cardiac arrest.
He had been in the hospital. On August 10, the most popular comedian in the country was sent to the AIIMS in Delhi for treatment. While he was working out in a gym in South Delhi, he passed out while running on the treadmill, and his personal trainer took him to the hospital. He had rapid CPR, and then an angioplasty was performed on him.
The passing of Raju Srivastava has been mourned by a number of people in the entertainment and political communities, and these individuals have expressed their condolences to one another. On the evening of Thursday, August 18, Sunil Pal shared the news that Raju Srivastava’s condition had deteriorated to a serious state. He claimed that the brain of the comedian had stopped working properly.

Since the late 1980s, Raju Srivastava has been working in the entertainment sector; nevertheless, it wasn’t until 2005, when he took part in the inaugural season of the stand-up comedy show The Great Indian Laughter Challenge, that he gained widespread notoriety.
On the professional front, Raju Srivastava has appeared in a number of Hindi films, including Bombay to Goa, Maine Pyar Kiya, Baazigar, and Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya, among others.
Although not many people are aware of it, Raju Srivastava served as the Chairman of the Film Development Council of Uttar Pradesh, and he exerted a great deal of effort toward the establishment of a Film City in that state.
