Catsouras graphic photographs refer to the spread of graphic photos of Nicole “Nikki” Catsouras, an 18-year-old girl who died in a car accident in 2006.
Two California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers, Aaron Reich and Thomas O’Donnell put the photos of Catsouras’s badly scarred body on the Internet.
When the photos got out, it was terrible for the Catsouras family.
They got copies of the pictures secretly through email, and their friends and family also got copies.
The pictures were so upsetting to the family that they stopped using social media and started teaching their youngest daughter at home.
The photos got out without the Catsouras family’s permission, which caused them a lot of pain and suffering.
