Matthew Perry Explains Why He's Never Found Love and Only Dates Rich Women.

Matthew Perry has been very candid about his previous relationships and the challenges he had in the course of his personal life.

In his recently published memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” the star of the television show “Friends” discusses his struggles with addiction as well as his sexual life.

According to what Perry told People regarding the reasons why none of his love relationships worked out: “That was my greatest concern. That is what I bring into existence, an issue that they have with themselves. After that, I ended my relationship with them. But it doesn’t mean there isn’t something wrong with each and every person. I’m the one thing that unites us all. I was the first one to run away because I was afraid that they were going to kill me.”

After been hurt in previous relationships, the actor known for his role on “Friends” discussed what he is seeking for in a romantic partner moving forward. He revealed in an open and honest manner that he intends to only date affluent women in the future.

Perry said, “The thing that’s changed about me is that I have no interest in hanging out with somebody that I don’t know or somebody that I’m not that into.” This is one of the ways in which her personality has evolved. “The next person I really take seriously is going to be somebody with whom I will fall in love and who will not be frightened by the things that used to worry me; this person will also be somebody who can provide for themselves. In every manner, but notably financially, because I’ve made the mistake of trusting women who were only interested in my wealth and didn’t actually give a damn about me.”

When asked about any dating dealbreakers, Perry reaffirmed his dedication to finding a lady who isn’t interested in him solely for his wealth: “People who give me the impression that they are only interested in the money. And it takes place more frequently than you would believe. To me, one of the most important qualities is for a person to have their own financial stability.”

Following his initial admission to the hospital for opioid overdose treatment, Perry shared with reporters that the medical staff had informed his family that he had just a two percent chance of surviving. He suffered from gastrointestinal perforation, which led to the rupture of his colon. After that, he was placed in a coma for two weeks and stayed in the hospital for five months.
