Early Life
Jason Shannon Acuna was born on May 16, 1973, in Pisa, Italy and raised in Torrance, California. He graduated from North High School.
Acuna has achondroplasia, a genetic disorder that causes short stature. His short stature did not, however, hinder his skateboarding career. Due to his upbringing in a military family, Acuna has participated in numerous USO charity tours.

Career
Acuna’s first job was as a subscription manager for “Big Brother” skateboard magazine. This job led to his participation in the 2002 MTV television series “Jackass.”
The main stars of the comedy reality show “Jackass” would perform stunts and pull pranks on each other and other guests.
Skating while dressed as an Oompa Loompa, kicking himself in the head, rolling co-star Johnny Knoxville down a staircase on a red carpet, performing deep knee bends while holding Shaquille O’Neal on his back, and more were among Acuna’s most memorable stunts.
Wee Man has appeared in four film adaptations of Jackass to date, including “Jackass Forever” in 2022.
