IPL 2023: Dream11 Players to Watch Out for in RR Vs GT Tie!

At the Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan Royals (RR) will play Gujarat Titans (GT), who are at the top of the table. Even though they lost their last game at the Narendra Modi Stadium by five runs to Delhi Capitals (DC), GT is on top of the points table.

After losing to the Mumbai Indians (MI), the Royals are now in fourth place.

RR will try their best in their next game against GT to keep their place in the top four. When GT and RR played each other in Ahmedabad earlier in the season, RR won with three wickets in hand. This time, both teams will play each other again in Jaipur, and they will be counting on their best players to win.

Here are the top three Dream11 players to keep an eye on in the match between RR and GT:

1 Jos Buttler (Captain)

Jos Buttler hasn’t scored many runs in the last few games, so the opener will try to get back on track in the rest of the matches. So far, the player who will win the 2022 IPL Orange Cap has scored 289 runs in nine matches, including three half-centuries, for a strike rate of 138.

His last big hit was against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on April 12, 2023, at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. It was 52 runs off 36 balls.

In his last match against GT in Ahmedabad, Buttler lost to Mohammed Shami and was out for a duck while trying to reach a goal of 178. As Ravindra Jadeja and Piyush Chawla took their wicket in the games against CSK and MI, it is becoming clear that the wicketkeeper hitter has trouble with spinners.

His form will be very important for the Royals as the season winds down because he can smash any bowling unit in the league with his big hits. In the next games, the RR team’s leaders will expect him to play well enough to win.

2 Mohammed Shami

So far in IPL 2023, Shami has been in the best shape of his life. He has taken 17 wickets in nine games, with an average of 7.05 runs per over. He and CSK’s Tushar Deshpande have both taken the most wickets in the tournament. Shami’s great bowling efforts in the last two games have given him a lot of confidence.

GT beat KKR by seven wickets, and Shami’s 33/3 was a big part of that. Even though his team lost to the Capitals by five runs, he was on fire with the ball, taking 11 wickets in a single spell. In the last match against RR, he took 3 for 25 in four overs, and tonight’s reverse fixtures are likely to be the same.

3 Yashasvi Jaiswal

So far this season, Jaiswal has been RR’s best player. He has scored 428 runs at a strike rate of 159 in nine games, making him the second-highest run scorer in the league.

In his last two games, Jaiswal has made more than 200 runs, and in his last game against MI, he hit his first century. He will try to make the same kind of difference against GT and help RR beat the defending winners twice in a row.
