Guardians of the Galaxy 3 Review: Rocket Racoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper) listens to Radiohead’s “Creep” at the beginning of “Volume 3.” It’s a tone-setter in an additional film full of cunning needle drops. Rocket views himself as the oddball and the pervert, but the film will, of course, teach him that he is so f*cking unique.
An assault is the initial step. Adam Warlock (Will Poulter), who is golden in colour, rushes into Knowhere, pummeling everything with Superman-level strength.
Rocket receives the most damage and teeters on the brink of death for the majority of the film, dividing it into two narrative strands: a flashback to Rocket’s origin story and the Guardians’ efforts to save him in the present.
The mission leads them to the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), a crazed scientist who attempted to accelerate the evolutionary process for the utopia of Counter-Earth by creating Rocket all those years ago.
