Crunchyroll Awards 2023 To Feature Finn Wolfhard, Valkyrie And More!
The names of the teams for the upcoming Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2023 were just posted on the official Anime Awards Twitter account. We already know that this year’s Anime Awards will take place at the Main Banquet Hall in Tokyo, Japan, on March 4, 2023.
This year, we have a lot of great nominees, like Attack on Titans, Spy x Family, Ranking of Kings, Demon Slayer, and many more. Fans of these titles are looking forward to the same thing.
This list of rosters includes a wide range of famous people, not just from the otaku world. Rachell “Valkyrae,” a well-known YouTuber and co-owner of 100 Thieves, is on the list, as are well-known actor, musician, and director Finn Wolfhard and WWE superstar Zelina Vega.
As the Crunchyroll Awards 2023 will be the first in-person event in two years, and as last year’s event was held online due to the Covid Precautions, excitement is through the roof. Fans are also looking forward to the event because it will have a star-studded lineup of presenters.

Attendees can also expect to see well-known faces from the entertainment industry, like Finn Wolfhard. The most anticipated guest at this year’s Crunchyroll Awards will be the same guy we know as Mike Wheeler from Stranger Things. He is also known for his roles in other shows like Pinocchio, IT, and Ghostbusters.
Zelina Vega, a famous WWE star, will also be at this big anime event. A lot of people don’t know that, in addition to being an American professional wrestler, she is also very active in the gaming and anime industries.

In addition to Valkyrie, Wolfhard, and Zelina, the upcoming Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2023 will also feature Sykkuno, an American streamer with more than 9.8 million followers on his YouTube channel. Sykkuno is also a well-known figure in the gaming industry.
American football players Juju Smith-Schuster and Aidan Hutchinson, the famous actor Jacob Bertrand from the comedy-drama Cobra Kai, the director of Spy Kids, Roberto Rodriguez, and the famous actress Hunter Schafer are also on the list of people who will be at this Anime award show.
Popular voice actress Sally Amaki, who did Carol’s voice in Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko!, and famous Japanese presenter Jon Kabira will be the main hosts of the event. Valkyrie will join them as a co-host, and Sony CEO Kenichiro Yoshida will give the opening speech.
All the otaku in the world can watch this event from the comfort of their own homes thanks to live streaming on Crunchyroll’s official YouTube and Twitch channels. Anime fans in India can also see the event. They can watch the live stream on Sony LIV, which is the only place they can do so.
Sony Music Solutions, a sister company of Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc., helps put on the Crunchyroll Awards 2023. The live stream of the event will be available all over the world so that fans can join in on the fun from anywhere in the world.

Crunchyroll Awards 2023 Nominees
Now is the time to vote for the Crunchyroll Awards 2023! There are different categories where you can vote for your favorite anime show. Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, Lycoris Recoil, Ranking of Kings (cour 2), and SPY x FAMILY are all up for Best Anime of the Year and Best Animation of the Year.

Not surprisingly, Attack on Titans is nominated in almost all of the major categories, including the best main character. This is actually quite interesting because Eren should be nominated for Best Antagonist after causing so much damage in anime. Jokes aside, rest in peace, Eren.
Other than that, popular titles like Chainsaw Man, Blue Lock, Mob Psycho 100, and Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War are nowhere to be found, which is pretty disappointing for a fanboy like me.
