Director David Leitch and screenwriter Zak Olkewicz are teaming up for a new picture called Bullet Train. It’s based on the Japanese novel Maria Beetle by Ktar Isaka (published in English as Bullet Train).
This film featured such actors as Brad Pitt, Joey King and Aaron Taylor-Johnson as well as Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada, Michael Shannon and Benito A Martinez Ocasio.
Pitt’s fellow assassin Prince will be played by Joey King in Bullet Train. To name a few of King’s recent projects, she starred in the critically acclaimed Netflix series The Kissing Booth and was nominated for an Emmy for her performance in the Hulu true crime series The Act.
The action picture The Princess from 20th Century Studios and Hulu and the teen drama Uglies from director McG are two of King’s current projects.
Who Exactly Makes Up Bullet Train’s Enrollment?
Brad Pitt is Ladybug, one of the train’s assassins, in the film. In Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Pitt played Cliff Booth and won an Oscar for his portrayal.
For the first time since the release of Allied in 2016, Brad Pitt will play an active role in a film that focuses on World War II. Pitt also appeared in Deadpool 2 as Vanisher, a member of the X-Factor.
In addition to Margot Robbie, Jean Smart, Tobey Maguire, Olivia Wilde and Jovan Adepo, Brad Pitt will star in Damien Chazelle’s big-budget historical piece Babylon. With Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum in The Lost City, he also appeared.
Many other high-profile projects, including a rematch between Pitt and his Ocean’s Eleven co-stars George Clooney in a thriller helmed by Spider-Man: No Way Home director Jon Watts, have been linked to Pitt recently.

The vehicle has five assassins on board, each with a different mission. They have no idea how intertwined they are.
On their way to their destination, the assassins must fight for their lives against each other to uncover the mysteries that await them.
The plot has a John Wick vibe to it and promises harsh and unrelenting action. Seeing how the movie is rated will be intriguing.
It looks that an R-rating is a certain conclusion because, save for Hobbs & Shaw, every Leitch picture has an R rating, but Sony may choose a PG-13 rating to draw in a younger demographic.

The use of non-Asian actors, such as Brad Pitt and Joey King, to portray Japanese characters in Ktar Isaka’s novel generated accusations of whitewashing.
David Inoue, Executive Director of the Japanese American Citizens League, questioned casting in the American version even though it would have made sense if the plot took place in the US.
According to him, it seemed like whitewashing because the film maintained the novel’s Japanese setting and included Japanese characters in the backdrop.
To further condemn the film, Inoue accused it of propagating a “belief that Asian actors in the principal roles cannot carry a blockbuster” despite recent successes of Asian-led films like Crazy Rich Asians and Shang-Chi.
