Wells’ direction and writing garnered favourable reviews, and some critics ranked the movie one of the finest of 2022. Paul Mescal

In the movie Aftersun, the disturbed 30-year-old Scottish father of Sophie is played by 26-year-old Irish actor Paul Mescal. The upcoming actor is most known for his lead part in the miniseries Normal People, for which he was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award, gained critical praise, and won the British Academy Television Award. In the 2021 psychological drama A Lost Daughter starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, he made his feature film debut. Mescal has appeared in movies including Carmen and God’s Creature. Spike Fearn

In the movie Aftersun, Spike Fearn, a 16-year-old aspiring actor, plays Olly. The Love Europe Project served as the young actor’s starring role debut in 2019. He appeared in the movies Sweetheart and The Amazing Mr. Blunden in 2021. Later, his portrayal of Vandal in The Batman helped him launch his acting career (2022). Fearn has made appearances in the television shows Sneakerhead, Newark, Newark, and Tell Me Everything.

Sally Messham

Sally Messham plays Belinda in the movie Aftersun, hence she is also a member of the cast. With her role in the television series Midwinter of the Spirit, the actor made her acting debut in 2015. Since then, the budding actress has made guest appearances in The Miniaturist, Sherwood, and Doc Martin. Messham has acted in several feature films, including Allied, Our Ladies, and Artemis Fowl.
