Doing Business As Idaho Housing and Finance Association Company Description: The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) is a non-profit organization that helps low-income Idahoans achieve homeownership. IHFA offers first-time homebuyers with low-to-moderate incomes and disabilities the opportunity to purchase a home anywhere in the state.

In addition, the company constructs and operates cheap flats while also providing financial aid to tenants. Despite the fact that it serves as an agent for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Idaho Housing and Finance Authority is a self-supporting, private, not-for-profit corporation and not an agency of the state of Idaho.

It generates the majority of its revenue by issuing bonds (securities backed by mortgage loans on residential and multifamily buildings) to investors to fund its operations.

A Brief Description of the Idaho Housing and Finance Association

One (1) of the seven (7) regional number portability centers

It is referred to as an “NPAC” which is responsible for the dissemination of data related to ported numbers and is located in the United States. There were seven (7) initial Bell Operating Company regions, and the NPCs were established for each of them in order to cover the fifty (50) states, the District of Columbia, and the United States territories that were included in the North American Numbering Plan area.

The term “Numbering Plan Area” (abbreviated “NPA”) is also referred to as an area code in some circles. It is a three-digit indicator that is defined by the “A,” “B,” and “C” digits of each 10-digit telephone number within the NANP and is unique to that number only. Each NPA holds a total of 800 different NXX Codes. NPA can be divided into two (2) general groups. “Geographic NPA” refers to a telephone number that is associated with a particular geographic area, and all telephone numbers that contain this NPA are related to services delivered inside that geographic area.

When a “Non-Geographic NPA” is used, it is also known as a “Service Access Code” (SAC Code). This code is typically associated with a specialized telecommunications service that is provided across multiple geographic NPA areas; for example, the numbers 500, Toll-Free Service NPAs, 700, and 900 are all examples of Non-Geographic NPAs. Throughout the NANP, the term “NXX,” also known as “NXX Code,” “Central Office Code,” or “CO Code,” refers to a three- (3)-digit Switch entity code that is defined by the “D,” “E,” and “F” digits of a ten (10) digit telephone number.

Operating Support Systems, often known as “OSS,” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12 of this chapter. “Optional Testing” refers to testing performed by Qwest at the request of a CLEC in lieu of the testing the CLEC should complete isolating trouble to the Qwest network prior to filing a trouble ticket to Qwest. Qwest will undertake optional testing at the CLEC’s expense.
