Operating Support Systems, often known as “OSS,” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12 of this chapter. “Optional Testing” refers to testing performed by Qwest at the request of a CLEC in lieu of the testing the CLEC should complete isolating trouble to the Qwest network prior to filing a trouble ticket to Qwest. Qwest will undertake optional testing at the CLEC’s expense.
